Learning for the win: A Case Study – Microsoft Virtual Academy

I recently signed up to the Microsoft Virtual Academy and there are competitions to learn & share about Microsoft Software and products available. It’s a great way to enable you to learn new aspects and train yourself in other areas of how to use, enable, finally endorse via evaluating the software.

The technique they are applying like many other companies like foursquare, SAP, NIKE, HP and Coca-Cola this approach is called gamification.
